The technology of using the principle of immune binding reaction to detect the presence of analytical substances in samples has been widely applied in various fields. It can be used to detect analytes in various biological samples (saliva, blood, urine, serum, sweat, etc.) to monitor diseases and human health (early pregnancy, infectious diseases, drugs, etc.). The basic principle of this detection technology is based on the specific binding between immune molecules, such as antibodies and antigens, haptens/antibodies, biotin and avidin, etc.In addition, many such tests can be conducted on solid media, such as commonly used cross flow reagent strips, glass or plastic porous disks, immunochromatographic equipment, etc. Usually, some solid particles or chemical substances can bind to immune specific binding molecules, thereby obtaining qualitative, quantitative, or semi quantitative detection results through the naked eye or other instrument equipment during the process of making test strips.
The test strip production equipment processes substances (such as antigens or antibodies) that react with the test substance on the large test strip, and finally cuts the test strip into test strips one by one.Specifically, in the assembly and production of existing test strips, the sample pads, marking pads, NC film, absorbent paper, etc. to be assembled are manually cut into larger sizes (matching the size of the board), and then sequentially pasted onto each board, and then cut into each required test strip using a cutting machine.Specifically, some processes rely on equipment for manual assembly or assembly of test strips, which not only has low efficiency but also high labor costs. Therefore, many assembly production attempts are now being made to use automated machine assembly to improve efficiency and reduce labor costs.

Therefore, it is necessary to try using machines or equipment to fully automate the assembly of test strips during the use of test strip production equipment. In some productions, the test pieces are assembled using roller and base transmission, greatly improving efficiency and saving costs. Specifically, the sample pad, marking pad, NC film, absorbent paper, and other rolls are installed on a circular drum and continuously transported to the large card material on the base through the rotation of the drum. The paper on the base moves forward along the base, driving each roll to rotate, sticking each pad to the designated position, and finally using a rolling cutter.
The test strip production equipment is cutting into the required paper tape. However, in practical applications, due to the different materials of sample pads, marking pads, NC films, and absorbent paper, the elasticity and stress of each material are different; Each drum is driven by the transmission device of the base and rotates at the same speed, which will cause softer materials (such as marking pads) to protrude a section of harder material (NC film) during the process of reaching the base from the drum. Therefore, when softer materials reach the base layer, harder materials will have more parts, which is not compatible when pasting.
